Here's the need to knows for your blood donation day!! Before you donate make sure you prepare. Here is what you can do and be sure to "Iron Up'.

Tomorrow is the big day!! Make sure you are all fully ready and prepared. Continue to eat iron rich foods and drink lots of water. How much water? 8-10 cups of water and be sure to stay away from caffeine today and tomorrow.

Kailua High's Public Health are servicing the community by visiting the Blood Bank of Hawai'i to learn more about the importance of donating blood. They also take the time to teach seniors hands-only CPR. They are impacting the community!
