Please join us on Tuesday, October 1, at 6 pm in the Family Resource Center for the "iChooseMe” presentation (followed by Q&A). This is a one-hour presentation on the prevention of substance misuse, such as vaping, underage drinking, marijuana, crystal methamphetamine, prescription drugs, and illicit street drugs. The presentation will also discuss a brief awareness of social media apps and how these factor into substance use/misuse. Your Kailua High student(s) are welcome, too! Do you want to learn about how to make sound financial decisions? What about managing your money, what debit cards are, and what they can and cannot be used for? Your Family Resource Center has partnered with Navy Federal Credit Union, offering FREE Financial Literacy Sessions after school in Room F-23. Kailua High School is excited and proud to be partnering with Bottles4College! Our monthly recycling drives will benefit Bottles4College by raising money to fund college tuition for Hawaii kids and keep HI-5 recyclables out of our landfills! Please bring your HI-5 recyclables THIS SATURDAY from 9 am to 11 am to the F Building/CCC curbside area. Mahalo!
