The EXPRESS application site is now fully operational and accepting both NEW applications and replacements. Any new and replacement card requests will be accepted UNTIL May 19th, after which they cannot be processed. Current cardholders will be able to use EXPRESS ID UNTIL May 31st. If your card is lost, damaged, or stolen AFTER May 19th, it cannot be reactivated. PLEASE TAKE EXTRA CARE TO AVOID ANY INCONVENIENCE!!!
